The Alumni Conference, launched eight years ago, has taken on the name “Caldwell Conversations” and has expanded to include current Fellows. Marked by a current theme, alumni storytellers, and facilitated small group discussions, our alumni gatherings provide a re-grounding in the challenging work of servant-leadership within a community of thoughtful people. Alumni from a wide range of life experiences broaden our thinking and reflection.  This year’s theme is Alumni-Student dialogues on navigating leadership pitfalls. Our guest storytellers include

  • Frank Gordon, Caldwell Class of 1985
  • Amanda Rose, Caldwell Class of 2006
  • Raven Solomon, Caldwell Class of 2008
  • Josiah Keilson, Caldwell Class of 2016

What to Expect

This day-long dialogue will center around three guiding questions:

Societal: How do we navigate society’s metrics of success while staying true to the values of servant leadership?

Relational: How can we lead with compassion—for ourselves and others—rather than through comparison or competition?

Personal: How do we build resilience against imposter syndrome and perfectionism?

*Please email Dr. Brewer to register for this event if you haven’t already.
